泰林清盤13店全結業

繼連鎖集團U-Right上周被清盤後，有62年歷史的泰林無線電行在金融海嘯下今日全線結業，影響260名員工。

泰林在各區的13間分店下午開始拉下大閘關門，門外貼了進行盤點的告示，有臨時清盤人到場。泰林約有260多名全職及兼職員工。

有供應商表示，他們在中午收到消息，泰林將清盤，所以到來收回貨物及貨款。

高院已委出安永企業財務為臨時清盤人，清盤人表示，泰林淨欠債約1億元，泰林已向員工發放九月的薪金，正了解有沒有流動資金支付十月薪金，他們亦會設法與潛在買家商討出售事宜。

在上周，U-Right突然被申請清盤，400名員工的薪金被拖欠，涉及約100萬元。清盤人承諾11月3日前繳付10月份工資及代通知金，亦會交代遣散費安排。

工聯會立法會議員黃國健說，對事件表示震驚，失業率可能會上升，金融海嘯已影響了零售業，相信在農曆年過後，會有更多店舖結業，特別是食肆。

泰林成立於1946年，公司在開業初期，以修理及買賣收音機為主要業務，其後業務範圍不斷擴大，售賣不同的電器產品。

土耳其UFO是一個真實而重要的UFO影片

土耳其伊斯坦布爾UFO研究中心，於今年初公佈的“迄今為止最為清

晰的UFO錄影”後，在世界範圍內引發討論。這段視頻是由伊斯坦布

爾某居民區一守夜人拍到的，全長共22分鐘，視頻中飛碟輪廓清晰可

見。研究中心負責人說：“人類有史以來第一次如此清晰的捕捉地外

不明飛行器影像，引起了世界廣泛關注，特別是它那閃閃發光的金屬

表面。更加讓人吃驚的是，影片中還出現了兩個外星人的側影”。



這個事件發生後，研究中心接到其他目擊者所拍的照片與影片，並進

行了詳細分析，檢查它們的像素，仔細檢視所有影像畫面，做一切必

要的分析。持續了幾個星期後，他們得到一個明確的結論，並毫無疑

問，這是100 ％真正的畫面！並不是電腦動畫或是任何形式的特殊效

果。因此最後，會議決定，發現影片既不是模擬的，也不是騙局。

而且結論認為，畫面中的不明物體物質與結構不屬於人造或自然的，

如;飛機、直升機、流星、金星、火星、衛星、火球、天燈、防火球、

氣象氣球、自然災害或大氣現象等，而是屬於真正的UFO。

Turkey detailed UFO

During the 4months, between May and September 2008, many nationwide UFO sightings were reported from different parts of Turkey, while some of them were filmed and photographed and aired. Within the same period of time, these objects also witnessed by the residents of Kumburgaz/Yeni Kent Compound, caught on video several times by a night guard named Yalcin Yalman and these footages are considered as the closest and the most significant images ever filmed around the world.
